Belvedere Museum, Vienna

This otherwise unidentified portrait was found by a Viennese collector at a flea market and donated to the Belvedere Museum in 2010. The subject is probably a fellow professor at the Realschule in Döbling, where Fredrick Jaeger taught Art at the time. Any further information would be greatly appreciated.
